I am a Washington State Supervisor and AAMFT Supervisor Candidate- I provide tele-supervision for LMFTA, LMHCA, and LSWAIC.​

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington state with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, my work has spanned dual diagnosis recovery, eating disorders, family services, and seven years in private practice working with couples, families, individuals and parents and children.
I approach supervision through an Integrative Systemic Therapy framework with a nervous system-informed lens, integrating a variety of clinical theories to support your development as a confident, ethical, self-aware and culturally inclusive therapist.
As an adjunct professor at Antioch University Seattle, I’ve taught CBT, IFS, Narrative, Solution Focus Brief Therapy, and IST among other foundational family systems theories. I also teach law and ethics and am diligent to stay informed about the most important legal and ethical aspects of supervision for a new clinician including newer relevant issues such as confidentiality in the digital world including electronic health records.
