Experience
Kristin has Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and is Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington. She is also an AAMMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate. She also works as an adjunct professor for Antioch University Seattle, and does speaking events and podcasts to share her knowledge and passions and recently completed her manuscript, The Captain and the Caveman: Navigating the Nervous System.​​

Kristin has a certificate in Interpersonal Neurobiology from the Mindsight Institute with Dan Siegel, author of Whole Brain Child and Mindset. She is currently volunteer in the Human Neruoscience lab at UNCW.

Kristins passion is to combine her background in therapy, neuroscience, and education to help people enhance their mental health, improve communication, and thrive in both their personal and professional lives.

Kristin lives in Kure Beach, NC with her husband, two kids, and three dogs and a bearded dragon.
